Tenancy Takeover (42-weeks)

I’m looking for someone to take over my 42- week (20 Sept, 2026 to 26 July, 2026) tenancy at Stapleton House (Unite Students) in London.

The room is a private ensuite with a three-quarter bed, lots of storage, a desk with shelving, and a wardrobe. The toilet has its own shower, sink, and toilet. You’ll share a modern kitchen with up to eight other students. The building also has study area, laundry room, a courtyard, and free Wi-Fi included in the rent. It also offers a secure bike storage along with CCTV and 24-hour security.

The building is across the street from London Metropolitan University, and it’s only a one-minute walk to Holloway Road station that’s on the Piccadilly Line. King’s Cross/St Pancras is just two stops away. UCL, LSE and KCL are around 20 minutes away by tube. Highbury & Islington station (Victoria Line, Overground, National Rail) is about a 15-minute walk, giving you excellent connections across London. Plus, Tesco, Aldi, and plenty of other shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.

The rent is £355 per week, with all bills included, and the tenancy transfer is done officially through Unite Students, so it’s safe and straightforward. Message me if interested.
