Private Accommodation in Leeds & Oak House Leeds

Is anyone also unhappy with their accommodation offer and looking into private accommodation? Also, has anyone heard about the Oak House? It looks nice, but I feel that it's almost unheard of and may not be really social as a first year.

I’ve applied late to accommodation so am likely to miss out on the halls which the university organises so am in a similar boat and have been looking around for some private accommodation.
Take a look at IQ Student, Unipol, Unite Students, Campus living villages, accommodation for students. Research online for student reviews of the different places and look at their locations in comparison to what’s nearby.
I haven’t heard much for oak house but consider the fact that you’re likely to make friends in more places than just your flat but if you are looking for more social maybe look into accommodation which student from Beckett are also staying in like Marsden house or the Tannery
