Does anyone need a studio accommodation- studying in Sheffield?

Hello, I'm looking for someone (Sheffield student) to take over my tenancy at Cosmos student accommodation. It's for a studio room that is on the same floor as 4 other studios. It's 150 a week, on the 7th floor, and the contract starts 6th September.

You have a personal kitchen and bathroom, while also having the option of a shared living room and bigger kitchen if you still want to socialise or have friends over. The location is only 15mins walk away from University of Sheffield and 5mins for Hallam, so you don't need to spend too much on travel, and the city centre is also only 5 mins away. It has a vending machine, on-site laundry, a gym, basketball court and multiple study spaces.

I now need a two bedroom apartment so I can no longer live here but if you would like to take my contract please message me as soon as possible.
