issues with Remtek getting licence keys for DSA software

Has anyone else had issues getting the software licence keys from Remtek?

I received an email confirming my DPD delivery of some DSA items, and a 'delivery note' which had links to the software, and the licence keys. Except three of the items were missing keys and one said 'sent in email' which I never received.

So, I replied saying some licence keys were missing. The next day they sent two, plus the missing email but I'm still missing one.

I've emailed them again (it's for Find my Flow) and I've had a read receipt from them, but no reply. They didn't reply to my last email either, just sent the keys. I wouldn't mind if they said 'we're waiting for the next batch of licence keys' or something, but I'm just getting silence.

Anyone else struggling to get a response, or not had their key?

My delivery note had all the correct keys on it. I would just keep contacting them until they give the missing key. It's not like they can refuse to give it.

You can also give them a ring. When I called using the number on the website, they directed me to another number for the supplier, so it can take a while to get the right person, but I find it's easier than emailing. If you do call, when it gives you the automated options, just press 'no' or 'other' every time so that you can speak to an actual person, rather than just being redirected by the automated response to their website.

Quick question, on your new laptop, is there a text file on the desktop maybe that has the license keys?

I didn't get a new laptop, just the software. Im using my own computer. So all they've given me is the delivery note with some licence keys missing via email

Ah ok, maybe sent via separate email? If not, hopefully a phonecall will resolve it for you.
