Does it still have the tags on? If it does, I'm pretty sure you can return it. Worth a try, at least!

You can exchange it, I know that. is it written on the receipt?
They iwll let you eschange underwear but not let you try it on instore (scratches head).
Also who does actually keep their own underwear on when trying on stuff?
I'm pretty sure you can exchange it for something else, not sure about full refunds though

Yea that is what I thought . . . hence why I have asked. But from what some have said on here, you can . . . . . I haven't worn them or even tried them on, was looking at them and thought ''they are actually gross and look extremely uncomfortable''. Give me my granny pants anyday . lol . .

I will try tomorrow and see.

Yep they let you retunr for an exchange... i am 100% sure of that.
La Senza underwear is so rubbish it scares me.
"In line with our La Senza retail store policy, we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition* and are required to be returned within 21 days of receipt. "

I think some knickers you buy tend to have those sticky strips inside, so that one can try them on easily, and leave it in until you are sure to be eeping them if that helps.
Yes you can. My best friend works there.
Ahh thanks guys - I will try and get a refund or an exchange on it tomorrow.
You're allowed to return bras but not knickers. Or at least that's what they told me in their Nottingham branch.

They didn't say anything to me about it today! . . . .:s-smilie:
Check the website, I'm sure it'll have their returns policy.

It depends on the store. Your not supposed to be able to return pants. And for good reason, you might wear underwear when trying them on etc but there are some really skanky people out there - i wouldn't want pants that had been returned

I haven't even put them on and they still have the label on! I picked them up, paid for them. Took them home, looked at them again and thought they are actually gross! . . .

And furthermore im not a skank who tries on underwear without keeping my own underwear on - that is plain disgusting. (which in this case, i didn't even try on).

If you're desperate, and a little willing to bend the truth, then you could unstitch a bit and then take it back as damaged goods, and claim it was like that when you bought it. But that would be terribly naughty. :hmmm:

Yea I saw this earlier on their website - the underwear isn't unsuitable, ie soiled. It still has the label on it :s-smilie:

As for un-stitching it to get my money back, that seems abit callous, which im not tempted to go down tbh. . . . but thanks for the suggestion though. Also I was in a shop few years ago and someone had done this and tried getting their money back - they had no chance whatsoever as the sales assistant knew it was customer damage!

Think you misread my post, as i said YOU might keep your underwear on when trying stuff on etc but there are skanky people who don't. They have the rules out there for people like that - the kind of people who buy a nice dress and wear it out and then take it back.
