Should I retake my alevels while doing my university degree?

I’m going to start university in September that I somehow got into with my grades and I’m just thinking of retaking maths and biology because I’m worried that recruiters might look at a levels and I want the best chance possible to get a job.

So is it worth it to retake my alevels or not as im only starting my first year in university.

It is absolutely not worth it. A university degree is a heavy workload and so are A-levels, it would be really difficult and you won't really gain anything from doing it. Doing well in your degree is likely to be more attractive than your A-level grades. What degree are you doing and what grades did you get in maths and biology?

Once you have a degree, no-one cares about your school grades.
And so retaking them at this stage is a total waste of time, effort and money.

Move on.
Enjoy Uni.

No, definitely not!

Your university degree basically demands your full attention and I can say once you have your degree, your A Levels become more or less redundant, basically worthless with experience.

I did my degree and managed a job about 6 months after graduating, got promoted with another 3 months before staying on for 4 years. After that, I decided to get my Masters.

I was successful in getting my current job about 3 months after graduating from my Masters. I didn’t even put my A Levels on my application.

So please, I am saying don’t even consider doing them again, you won’t ever need them and you’ll just split your time unnecessarily!

You have been accepted onto a degree course, and everyone else has said, move on and enjoy uni. You will be supported through uni and employers care about your degree, not your A-levels.
