Sfe help

So i have a bit of a situation
On the 25th of august COR was sent to Sfe
26th was when i was due to be paid
So on the 26th they got an emergency stop and recalled my payment from the 26th
On the 27th they then recieved COA
All whilst my online account showed everything was good and confirmation was recieved
So i reached out on the 28th when the status went from in progress to paid
And thats when i was made aware that the payment had been recalled for non attendance and that attendance was since confirmedd

My schedule has not updated with a new payment date
And sfe keeps saying that cor coa was provided and payment made on 28th but thats the payment that was recalled
So im very confused
When would i get this payment
Am i getting this payment

Hi there, if a payment has been recalled (bacs recall) then from the date that the recall request was made it can take up to 8 weeks for the funds to be returned to us. We can only reissue the payment once it has been returned to us. Thanks, Stephen
