making friends in yr 12???

i alr feel like such a loser typing this lol but i’m staying at my skl for sixthform but basically all my closest friends r leaving
i’m alr not a very social person and ik that’s smt i have to change but just any tips??
bc idk the ppl who r staying in the yr group i’m not tlly close w and can’t see myself being close w but also idk any new people except like 1 or 2

help pls from any current sixthformers i’m scared to death

Hi, just be yourself and talk to other new students! I was an external joining a sixth form that had a secondary, and although it was scary at first, everyone's in the same situation as you. Saying hello will go a long way, try find some people that match your vibe and will respect you. All the best!
