How should I provide evidence for the student finance dependency grant?
I’m the old brother of a family of 3, my mum and I are the only sources of income, she works full time I work part-time.

Hi there, just to advise you will not be able to apply for Adult Dependants’ Grant if your other adult dependant’s income is more than £3,796 in the academic year 2025/26.
Have you completed the form here or previously requested this when you applied? https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/68ac40c23a052c9c504c8dd1/sfe_application_for_dependants_grants_form_2526_o.pdf
If so, you only need to send evidence if you've been emailed requesting this and this will specify what is needed. It will need to show that she is financially dependant on you. Thanks, Jason
