Hi @niamh1989

Have you finished your enrolement yet? Once you have, you should receive your timetable soon however there can sometimes be a delay with it. Your timetable will be on the iBCU app, so you could download that now ready for it. You might also be sent an email which has the specific days and times that you need to be in during Welcome Week.

I study a different course but let me know if you have any questions about BCU!

Hi. Did you get your timetable? Do you have any idea what the placement hour / days are like for year 2 and 3? I’m applying for this course but I have two kids x

Hi @Psychstudent1999

One of my friends is studying Speech and Language Therapy. In her experience when she was in university she had 4 days a week during first year, 3 days during second year, and 3 days during third year, however this has varied throughout the year. Additionally, the timings that she has been in has varied depending on what modules she has each day.

For her 2nd year placement she had 4 days on placement and 1 study day per week. The exact times that you are in placement will vary depending on what setting you are placed in.

Hope that helps!
