Help to retrieve Exam result

Hi - I’m hoping to get some advice here - I’m a worried parent.
My youngster has desperately wanted to get to university and needed to up her grade on one of her subjects from Merit to Distinction to get the UCAS points.
She re-sat her Merit subject in the hope of getting a better grade. But made the daft decision to take extra notes in. She was caught and reprimanded and felt ashamed - she felt she probably hadnt done well enough to get to UNI.
We didn’t know what the decision was until results day when we were told that she would receive her original mark of Merit and this would be published on the UCAS site on 1st September.
Ironically her Uni accepted her with a merit - (so she needn’t have panicked and re-sat anyway) on the condition that the grade appeared on UCAS site on the 1st.
Well it hasn’t appeared- so where do we go from here?? Who do we contact? How long do we give it?
It’s not just her life on hold but us too 😫

I’ve called and the exam department of her college is trying to reach the exam board- she has definitely got Merit and the Uni have said they would definitely accept her with that grade - it’s so frustrating! This is a pure technicality and it has everyone biting their nails to the quick! 😬😬😬
