anyone heard anything for treasury after doing VI?

Please can anyone here help/advise me on what to do. I got an email that I passed the OA that was on the 20th of Sept and the email also stated that they will communicate with me on the next stage. However, I received another email last week Friday stating that I did not do my Online video interview within the given time.
But I never got any email or link from them with regards to the Video Interview. I have checked my junk and even logged in to the portal but there was no email of such for the video Interview. I have submitted the problem form online but still no response from them.
Please can someone advise me on what to do or a contact to call.

Log into ur ubs careers page and check there, they usually keep track of all the emails they’ve sent u on there. Then just contact any early careers/recruitment emails. Send and email and if u find a phone number call them too asap!! Hope that helps

I’m not the person you asked, but here’s what I know.
The Culture Match is the decisive filter. Even with strong scores, if you’re flagged as “not a match,” you won’t progress.
The OA matters mainly for the AC invite and for deciding which applications get reviewed post-HV. On both tests, you should aim for “extremely fast/accurate” on at least three of four sections, ideally all four. For the difficulty wording, target: “Compared to other participants, it is much easier for you to handle the tasks in this test successfully” on both tests.
A perfect score is best. On the unlimited Inductive Reasoning test, set a floor of 25 correct. Some applicants push past 50, but that demands significant practice time and paid prep resources.
On the verbal test, fewer than 14/18 correct is not competitive.
This is based on my experience and what I’ve seen from peers, but it seems to hold across roles.
