can I move from manchester to birmingham at 16 without mom and dad
can I move from manchester to birmingham for college at 16 and could I also do that for university. my parents will not be coming with me so is there any way I can live there or be able to transport easily. i am aware that you have to be 18 to rent so i was wondering whether they make exceptions. i can pay the first month of rent upfront
