Has anyone been accepted from England with an Access to Higher Education Course? On their site it talks about Welsh Nationals applying with an Access Course but mention nothing about an Access Course for any other nationality.

Hello,
I believe the Access to HE in Cardiff is strictly reserved for those living in Wales. This is because Wales has a massive issue of Welsh people not going into healthcare and a huge backlog of patients as a result.
This is similarly why if you apply for the NHS bursary, you must work in wales for 2 years after graduation.
So long story short, no, you can’t apply with an Access course unless you live in Wales normally.
