Maintenance Loan
My maintenance loan is due to arrive on the 22nd of september but my course doesn’t start til the 29th. On my sfe it says they’re still waiting for confirmation from my uni which people have told me only happens once you’ve attended your first day. Does this mean my maintenance loan will be pushed back? anyone else been through this lmk?

Hi there, it is true that we are unable to issue your maintenance loan instalment until the university has sent Confirmation of Registration to us to release the payment, however some universities have students attend the week before for to allow the registration to be updated by the course start date. We would advise to check your online payment screen for this updating, and once a payment has been submitted it can take up to 3 working days to reach a student’s bank account.
