Which A level should i drop and when?

Hey im currently doing 4 a levels: bio, chem, psychology and economics ( i was going to pick poltiics but my schoo ldosent do it so had to go for economics). Its been about 2 lessons of both and im considering dropping economics as it is quiet a boring subject where most of it is writing down definitions. Also now that there isnt as much content to learn for psychology may keep psychology and drop economics.

What is your thoughts on a degree?

probably medicine
Drop the third subject as soon as you can. Take whichever of psychology or economics you think you can get the best result in.

Hi,

If you’re aiming for medicine, biology and chemistry are essential for your applications. As a third subject, it’s best to choose the one you think you’ll perform best in.

Since you’re finding economics quite boring and it’s mostly definitions, it makes sense to drop it if you feel it won’t suit you. Psychology could be worth keeping if you enjoy it and think you can achieve a higher grade.

Hope this helps, best of luck with your studies
