study tips at uni

hey guys, I'll be going to kings this september to study pharmacology. just had a look at my modules, almost 70% of my assessments for the year are multiple choice??? is this normal at uni, and can anyone give advice on how to study for these? are past papers/ practice questions available anywhere? thank you!

I did biology at a different uni but all of the exams I had were online and multiple choice, which I think is particularly unusual. I found flashcards quite useful as well as mock tests if they have them available (exams are specific to the university so generally they have to give them to you). If the multiple choice questions are anything like the ones I did, they will be very wordy and really check your understanding of topics.
