Pre arrival task at NTU
I’ve done something a bit stupid by not reading through enrolment pages thoroughly. And for my course I have to complete something that is due next week, but when I started it my old college account that I was using was terminated and now I can’t do my work. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear you've ran into an issue in working through your pre arrival and induction information. Which course are you joining us on? I can see if I have any recommendations for alternatives based on your pre arrival task. As well as this you can always reach out to the course leader using the contact details on your induction page, they may be able to help you further!
