Fair price for bills?
I found a room in Manchester which was £135 per week without bills. The landlord has given two options either pay £10 a week for water and internet only (electricity and gas are top up) or find my own water and internet company. Is £10 a week reasonable for water and internet?? Or should I just go find my own broadband and water?
