If you don't have strong UCAT it is impossible for you to get an interview. They will only shortlist people with specific UCAT cutoff so it would be better for you to check your other uni options. Hopefully all goes well for you.

Hi all, I’m aiming for King’s 2026 Medicine and would love some feedback on my chances. I am also non-contextual. My profile:
UCAT: 1980 (Band 2) 2025 worried it is too low for KCL. Roughly 2640 Band 2 in 2024.
Predicted A-levels: A*A*A
EPQ: hopefully an A or A*
GCSEs: 999988888
SJT: Band 2
Volunteering / Work Experience:
6 months hospital volunteering
1 week hospice
1 week GP
1 week Imperial Virtual Work Experience
1 week virtual pharmacy experience
Awards / Academic achievements:
Cambridge Chemistry Challenges
UKMT Maths Challenges
Extra-curriculars / Hobbies:
Imperial Med School Poster Competition 2025
Dissection club
MedSoc presentations
Grade 8 piano
I feel my UCAT is my weak point, but I have strong references, volunteering, academic achievements, and extra-curriculars. I am trying to improve my personal statement currently.
Do you think I’d still have a realistic chance at KCL Medicine?
Thanks so much for your input!

Kings is one of the easier universities to get into for Medicine, although still very competitive. A career in the NHS awaits. Virtually every hospital doctor says the NHS is the worst place to build a career in Medicine, and that prospective students would be far happier doing something like Radiography as a job. Though Radiographers often say that they too are fed up with the case loads in their jobs.
