My resit results?

Hi everyone thanks you for the advice on my last post I appreciate it . I've had a grade back on my blackboard. And I have got the point needed but it still hasn't been confirmed on my e.version what is now becoming a problem. As classes start soon . I live over 6 hours away from my uni . I have no family that drive . So I have to plan with a family friend. But they have just started a new job. And don't want to take time off for a journey that might not happen. Or they might not be allowed to take time off. I know nobody else who is willing to take me

Another issue the place I move into it's not on campus or run by the uni ( I had a bad experience in uni accomodation) . But they have set my move in date as the first day of class.. not welcome week .. the first day of classes ... I did talk to them about this but they had already changed my term dates around. I was like that's fine I will just contact my tutor explaining I could move in until a date so unfortunately I might miss the first day of class.( I don't have my timetable for classes yet of course as I've not been able to re-enroll because my re-sit grade has not been confirmed)
But now this could end up in me missing the full first week as the family friend (who I'm still very grateful for don't get me wrong) but they won't be able to give me a lift until the weekend

I have Very stressed and having a difficult time just even being able to think about what I should do . I don't even know who to contact. How to even contact them . And how I even asked. Or I'm stressed I'm going to get ignored like I did when I had a issue with not being able to login on the uni computers for 2 weeks . In the middle of my second year ( and yes I was in the middle of the module I failed go figure) anyway my mind is all over the place so I hope this makes sense.. also I'm sorry is spelling or grammar or it's just different to read I'm dyslexic and have a difficult time writing.
Any advice is appreciated
Thank you
