Y13 Starting in September

Hello student room!

I'm studying Biology, Chemistry and Geography. I found Chemistry to be my weakest subject in Y12 (predicted high B), and wanted to ask for advice on how to nail Y13. Is the Chemistry content that harder than in Y12?

Hi @argentave4333333, I recommend talking to your chemistry tutor as soon as the school year starts. Ask over email or at the end of class if they have time to meet and discuss your work and how to improve. If it's a new teacher this year, talk to your previous one as well as you want personalised advice. Looking at your old test papers is a good idea to see what you are struggling with and if theres a pattern. They can give you good recommendations as well on how to improve based off of your work.
