MPhil offer withdrawn stating I didn't accept by deadline - but I did

Hi all,

Just received a strange email saying my offer has been withdrawn owing to my not accepting it by the deadline. But I did: indeed, I've paid my UCF, been admitted to a college and confirmed my registration and induction sessions. The deadline was well over a month ago!

Has anyone else received an email like this? I imagine it's in error but it's still quite startling.
