Support Needed

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek guidance regarding potential future study at university. I am currently 19 years old and based in Southwark, London. My academic journey has been non-traditional—I began a BTEC Level 3 course as I came into country quite late but I am now exploring options to either continue with the BTEC or switch to A-levels, with the long-term goal of applying to university as my gcse's were considerably good.
The issue is that I would need to pay a loan if I wanted to restart year 12 as I am starting my course from 19 whereas if I carry on to year 2 this is free as I started my course at 18. I would of had free education due to my ECHP however this is still in the process.

I do not currently hold an EHCP which would of entitled me to free education but as previously mentioned I am within the process

, but I am highly motivated and committed to pursuing higher education at the highest level.
I am interested in studying either Psychological and Behavioural Sciences (PBS) or Computer Science.

I have completed a National Diploma in IT, and alongside this, I have independently studied A-level Mathematics and Psychology in my time to prepare myself however I didnt know this situation would come.
Could you assist me in making a decision

My first question is what is the btech course in? Why are you considering leaving instead of finishing it out? If you were to do ALevels what subjects would you pick? You need to decide which university course you’re most interested in before completing a levels so that you can choose subjects which align with the university degree subjects. For example if you want to do comp sci you will need all stem subjects. If you want to do psych you would do human social sciences like psychology and sociology.
How long more until you get your EHCP? Will it allow you free undergrad studies??
