What does that mean?!
A doctor has been diagnosed me of having “low cognitive functions“, what does that means, is it related to mental illness?!

It is not necessarily related to mental illness but may cause you problems with memory and concentration. It could mean that you need some support in your education. For example, a strategy to help you organise or remember information. You should ask your doctor for more information about what this means and find out what support they suggest.
