I CANT FIND MY COPY OF MACBETH AND I NEED IT
my friends and i have this shared locker system thing and idk hopefully someone put it in the wrong locker
one of my friends said its behind like ten of our folders so hopefullyhopefullyhopefully
at least my teacher didnt tell me off though because she cant find hers either 🙈

for some reason last night my original post didnt appear when i edited it so i just put it as another post but now i can see it?
yep! i found my macbeth today in the place my friend thought it was 🙏
but my teacher still hasnt found hers which is way worse since i need her annotations because mine definitely arent getting me anywhere (i suck at annotations so bad)
frr i mean i dont really remember binomial theorem since we havent done it at school yet, but i remember from my tuition that it takes forever and is increadibly boring
also idk maybe thats because i didnt realise we're allowed to use calculators and tried doing like 434 x 683 x 249 or something like that (i ended up doing the calculation right but the actual numbers i was multiplying together were wrong too)
FRRR like girl just leave these poor brothers alone atp

I'm sorry but pre-mocks are wild- not in an offensive way or anything but it's just the fact there's more exams to do. 😭 How many exam seasons do you roughly have then? We have three every year so I have one in November and February where we have a month to prepare for two weeks worth of exams and then obviously the final thing in May.

no its actually crazy though but at least theres the october holidays which is like two weeks anyways
but i was kind of hoping to spend that time on my actual gcse spanish speaking mocks but ig that's at the end of nov/start of dec
apparently the pre mock is 1.5 hours long so they make us do half of it at lunch??? idk the other teacher told her class that but mine didnt
we have random tests whenever for different departments all the way until maths (so like evry week theres probably at least one)
then mocks in the first two weeks back after january
and then the actual gcses

but yeah the english tuition was okay, we're moving onto macbeth now so i can have some extra practise at it before my school exam
yep got the chem done but the test was pretty easy i probably couldve walked in having done no revision at all tbh

the chem today was lowkey easy??? i mean it was only twenty minutes because they think we cant handle a full forty minute one but idk the q with the highest number of marks was a four marker which is nice but also just weird
but yeah idk that probably means the mark scheme is super harsh (as always)
the only one i most likely did not get right is when it asked about why heavy fuel oil has a higher viscosity than kerosene? i kind of just yapped about how it has a longer chain which means it has stronger intermolecular forces which makes it more viscous but i have no idea (it was a 2 marker)
i got 19/20 in my spanish vocab test
i thought escrito meant i write (yes ik thats escribo but i blanked) i literally wrote down writer at first and then i changed it because i thought writer was escritorio (and yes i realise now that that means desk) 😭

the only one i most likely did not get right is when it asked about why heavy fuel oil has a higher viscosity than kerosene? i kind of just yapped about how it has a longer chain which means it has stronger intermolecular forces which makes it more viscous but i have no idea (it was a 2 marker)
i got 19/20 in my spanish vocab test
i thought escrito meant i write (yes ik thats escribo but i blanked) i literally wrote down writer at first and then i changed it because i thought writer was escritorio (and yes i realise now that that means desk) 😭
