Does Durham university offer quiet flats in accommodation?
Specifically Josephine butler. If they do, how do I know I’ve been allocated a quiet flat or not?

Given the problems allocating everyone and squeezing them into the colleges (10% of students still don't know which college they're going to) it seems extremely unlikely and a probably a thankless task.
Admittedly one of my very worst fears/nightmares is someone in the room next to me blasting out rap music at full volume all evening.

If this is an additional arrangement you require for a medical/disability reason then I presume you included it in your disability form. If you have not been subsequently informed of such arrangements being met, then you will not have these in place.
