hi everyone,
i just started year 12 and i was considering getting uplearn as i have heard good reviews about it and i'd like to get support from the start of the year. if anyone has tried uplearn, could you please share your reviews on it?

Depends on the subject(s) you're taking. It's pretty good for learning/revising science content as there are quizzes and lots of questions/exam questions, but the videos can be annoying since there are questions within the videos (depends if you like that). It's now got strengthen and recap quizzes which I've found to be usdeful. I haven't tried the exam paper tool yet. It's not so useful for maths imo as you can just do normal questions, and you can usually find lots of helpful videos online anyway for your subjects e.g. TL maths, Bicen maths, Science Shorts, Freesciencelessons, Physics Online, Miss Estruch, Primrose Kitten etc. I'd recommend watching youtube videos as they're free and doing actual exam questions as practice over Uplearn, but the latter is more a consolidation tool which can motivate some people

I take bio, chem and psychology. It is very useful in my opinion. But I wouldn't recommend that you get it since there's so many free resources on the internet. I only use it because I got a scholarship from them and I still don't use it very often (I probably should).

I used the free trial during my a-levels last year and its the worst revision resource i've used ever (bio + chem). Its unorganised, overpriced, and far worse than free resources. Maybe its changed now?
