I’m looking for a student to take over my contract for a Medium Single Share room at Handel Mansions (Intercollegiate Halls, London).

Room details:

Room type: Medium Single (shared bathroom)

Location: Handel Mansions, Intercollegiate Halls, London

Contract: Full academic year

Requirement: must be a full-time student at a publicly funded university in London (as required by the accommodation office).

Excellent location in central London – close to Russell Square, King’s Cross, and Bloomsbury. Easy access to buses and tube stations.
Managed by the University of London Intercollegiate Halls, so you’ll meet students from different universities (great for socialising and networking).
Surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and libraries – very convenient for both study and daily life.

Hello! If you’re still in search I also need a tenant replacement for a Standard Room in Wood Green Halls. It is only £168 a week. Very close to Wood Green station and a safe area. Please note that If you choose to apply say that you want to take over my 50 week contract. My Student Reference: 46515.
