Bristol Uni Comp Sci
Hi, can anyone tell me if Bristol Uni has a placement year/year in industry option for its comp sci degree (BSc or MEng). I can only see a year abroad option. Thanks.

I did email Bristol Uni but just got a prospectus back. I think the answer to my question is that they do not offer a year in industry year (they only offer a year abroad) for comp sci. It does make me wonder why the course is so popular here.

Many reasons, potentially. Course content, "prestige", the uni, the city

I think they have a lot of industry involvement within the course instead. It does have a very good reputation.
