Your grades are not bad at all, the world doesn’t end after GCSEs.
It depends on the university you are planning to go to. Some entry requirements may differ. However, usually they require all three As unless you come from a lower income background they also accept AAB. They don’t usually care for GCSEs but some universities want atleast a 6 in English, Maths and sometimes Science which looks like you’ve already got. If you put all your effort into A-levels you should be able to get in.
Wish you all the best for the future.

Most universities have minimum GCSE requirements - you meet these for some medical schools. Some also rank applicants by GCSEs and you would have to avoid all of those. You will be limited in which you can realistically apply for, but it is still possible that you could successfully apply for medicine. However, you would need to reflect on why you didn’t do so well in your GCSEs. Most people who get relatively lower GCSEs don’t go on to get A* in A level; you will need to up your game for A levels to achieve this.

On the other hand your GCSEs are very reasonable for a range of other courses. You should spend some time considering what other options there may be/what other careers may interest you. Some people may suggest graduate entry medicine if you struggle to get in now (eg if your A levels aren’t sufficient). Don’t think about doing another degree in any subject that does not interest you or you would not be happy to pursue a career in as gem is far more competitive and the vast majority are unsuccessful.

Hi! I got similar in a few subjects, I’m just starting my second year of medical school at ARU. My biggest tip is check universities websites. A lot say x amount of GCSEs grade 6/7-9 including x subjects, and you should meet the requirements for many of those especially the 6-9 ones. It’s definitely more than achievable, you will just need to check the medicine entry requirements for specific unis and then out of those unis look at UCAT and A-level predictions and apply strategically from there. GCSE’s aren’t the be all and end all for medicine.

There's a strategic medicine guide on the myucat website If you want to check it out it's for 2025 and hasn't been updated yet but it give you a rough idea. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vxhlJpv2HrHAW42h-7htcTE64LeY1RoC/view. You can still check the actual uni websites just to be certain.

Hi. I’m sure you will be fine at UK medical a schools but have you thought about studying in say Bulgaria or Georgia for eg. I know it’s not ideal for everyone but it might be something that works for you. I’m in year 11 but I’m planning to keep all options open
