Grades for Physics at Warwick to get into Part III at Cambridge

first time using student room so idk much about how it works but basically title.
Want to join camb for mast in theoretical physics, oxford mtp and imperial qfff are my other choices in that order.
Whats an overall percentage for year 1 and 2 to give me a fair shot at those unis (dont think ill get any grades for year 3 by the time i have to submit application but not 100% sure)
From what ive seen online 85% should give me a good shot but im just asking to make sure, unfortunately i didnt apply for maths+physics and the course was full so i cant switch but optional modules are all maths heavy physics or from the maths department itself
