International student guide (part 1): what to pack

We get it, travelling to another country is overwhelming and there’s so much to remember!

Not sure what to pack? We’ve put together a handy guide on our website and Uni of Staffs Instagram of things to consider when packing, from your must-haves to the things you can leave at home.

You’ll obviously want to pack all the basics like clothes (suitable for the unpredictable UK weather!), electricals (and the essential chargers and adapters), and toiletries too.

Don’t forget those important documents: things like ID, travel info, proof of education, and anything banking-related.

It’s also worth bringing a few personal touches to make your new space feel like home, like photos and books. What home comforts are you bringing with you?
