Personal statement - medicine

Hi guys, im really stressed out at the moment. I have to write my personal statement by tomorrow (as my school is requiring me to do so) and I just feel like I haven't done enough. Idk how to start or what to write. I've looked at advice on what other people have done but I still feel like I'm not able to get it to those high standards.
I honestly didnt have a singular moment that made me want to do medicine as I've always rlly wanted to get into healthcare and then I also wished to work in a radiation based field. As such, I stumbled upon medicine and thought that it is what I want to do.

The stuff I've done for medicine:
-1 day shadowing of a dr AAU
-Volunteered at a care home for a week (and will be continuing to volunteering there omce DBS check is sorted)
-Very, very basic first aid sessions such as during NCS, DofE bronze online first aid and a 1 hour red cross session talking abt CPR
-Went to preparing for UCAT and preparing for medicine days
-Used to work in a child babysitting place for abt 10 months.

Idk how or what to do at this point, can someone please give me advice. I feel like this isn't useful to write in my personal statement as I don't think I've learnt much from it
You have plenty of stuff you can write about. As for why you want to do medicine, just write about what led you to medicine and why you decided on it (implicitly, as compared to other healthcare professions degrees - don't write that but do think about it).

Realistically you're overthinking it. Also you don't need to submit your UCAS application for another month so it will be sufficient to just write a rough first draft for your school for now. Check the stickied threads in the medicine forum for more information about reflecting on your work experiences.

Ok!! Thank you. I will be honest, i am overpanicking as Ive barely slept the past few days due having to catch up on A level work and essays. I really do appreciate the comment, I'll definately check the threads out and try to take a breather. Thank you again

you talked a lot about your experience but the most important is to emphasize your enthusiasm and passion for the course. Why do you want to study medicine? What specialisations do you want to get into? Write more about that.
