UCL AMS - Genetic and evolution

Did anyone do the genetic and evolution module first year? I'm really interested in the evolutionary medicine aspect but palaeoanthropology and the darwinian speciation and evolution of primates etc doesn't interest me in the slightest. I also understand though, that whatever they teach will need to have a medical focus so basically I'm wondering how heavy the evolution/mendel/darwin aspect is in comparison to the genetic susceptibility to disease aspect.
