im a fresher n i got an email giving me the option to sign up for a college family/parents
just wondering how many people acc do this?? is is recommended and is it fun? lol

I'm also a Durham fresher and I've never heard of this??? Is it specific to your college?

Hi!!

This is one of those odd Durham traditions that is quite unique to our university. In fact, it is quite common and a lot of second years get college married as well to adopt children in Year 2! I'd recommend you definitely reach out to your college parents as they can be useful in teaching you the ropes of Durham.
