Hello! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for student accommodation at
The Leatherworks ( Meanwood Rd, Leeds LS7 2DZ )
Requirements: Enrolled at on a full time university course (Leeds Arts, Leeds Beckett, Uni of Leeds etc) and are over 18
.£154 a week all bills included
.large ensuite
.personal toilet & shower
.storage
.double bed
.shared kitchen and living space
.all flatmates are girls if this is important to you
.44 week contract
.around a 20 minute walk to Leeds Art and Leeds Beckett
if you are interested please get back to me asap 😭😭
