You would need cards made specifically relating to the content from your school. For me to donate mine would be more than useless for anyone else not on the course.

Osmosis subscriptions are usually provided by your university, they have useful videos and notes.
Ninjanerd videos can be really useful for key themes like physiology and biochemistry.
Anki, you can look at pre-made sets on AnkiWeb. You can have a look at a couple and see what works best for you.
Pulse notes can be useful for conditions.
For questions, year 1-3 Passmedicine is free.
Popular paid options include Quesmed and passmedicine finals.
Anatomy: teachmeanatomy, kenhub and medicosisperfectionalis are there and it's more about finding which one works best for you.
Main piece of advice is focus on the learning objectives set out by the medical school and work from there.
