medicine opportunities
hi guys! i’m a year 12 aspiring medic and looking for supercurricular/ work experience/ volunteering opportunities. it’s extremely difficult as I don’t know anyone in the medical field to give me wex but also don’t meet any widening access participation criteria. if anyone has any online courses they did, or tips on how to get wex we could share it here.

Hey, just putting it out there that unis value online experience just as much as in-person as they realise it may be difficult. So for online I would sign to Medic Mentor (the free pathway has all the opportunities you need) and Springpod as they have some relevant online work experience.
Also, if you are interested in volunteering, remember that it isn't necessary for that to be in a hospital but rather a clinical care setting like a care home.
