How do I study for a foreign language?

I'm studying Spanish GCSE in year 10 and I learn through watching and listening but I'm really struggling with the speaking parts of it. The other three are fine. Can anyone offer ways to study and get better pronunciation and yes I do use Duolingo

Duolingo really isn't great for the human aspect of language learning (i.e. realistic speaking). The best way is to practise speaking as much as you can in lesson, I would hope your teacher would help with that

When watching videos, try and repeat what is being said which will help with your pronunciation and potentially your vocabulary as well.

Hi @Aj M listening to native speakers on shows or podcasts and then sounding out what they said can really help. Practising speaking with your classmates is a good idea, even if its little things like 'can you pass me that pencil?' helps and you can make a fun game of it. If there are any local Spanish shops/restaurants, try ordering Spanish with them.

Best of luck!
