I've exams in 2 weeks and tho ik I can cover so much and get rlly high marks I keep procrastinating. Tho it's bit better now. I set alarm for 3 and then I laze around and wake up at 4 tho that's fine, I don't go to study and instead doomscroll or get distracted. And when I come home from school I sleep and then I wake up feeling like I should've studied I stead but after I wake up I start getting distracted again thoi study a bit. I've tried focus apps and everything but I don't seem to be consistent w it.

Hey, I've have very big problems concentrating too, the most advice I can give you for revision is try the Pomodoro technique which has helped me a little.

1.

Decide on the task/revision you need to do

2.

Set a timer for 25 mins

3.

Work on the task until the timer ends

4.

Take a short 5 min break

5.

After four cycles of repeating this technique take a 15-30 min break

Remember that you don't need to stick to one subject during these revision cycles.

Some other revision techniques are;

1.

Retrieval information/questions

2.

Spacing - little and often

3.

Interleaving

4.

Brain dump - just write down everything you know about the subject and add more to that sheet

5.

Flash cards

6.

Past papers (these are really good)

7.

Mind maps

8.

Quizzes

9.

Practice introductions

10.

Thinking hard then reduce the answer

11.

Thinking hard then transform the answer

You can also make a revision timetable but may be quite difficult as your only 2 weeks away from your exam.

You can also set a timer for 10 mins to do revision but instead of stopping when the timer is up, just go until you start to struggle concentrating, get bored or just start staring at the paper. Hope this helps

I'm confused are you sleeping until 3pm, or waking up at 3am? Neither is a schedule conducive to effective studying realistically...
