UCAS application and moving schools??

Hi! I’m applying to university this year through UCAS and was wondering how the process works if I move schools . If I submit my application through the sixth form I am currently at but then move schools after the application has gone through/ been submitted, Would I need to redo my application and can I still receive offers. Would I need to change my school on the UCAS form? I’d appreciate some advice if anyone knows about this . Thank you!

You should request for UCAS to update your exam centre number via the following form, but otherwise it doesn't really have any impact so far as your application is concerned.
