deferring and moving to another university

hi there, Please can you help me.
i have decided to take a year out from my 2 year MA, and undertake a different course at a different university. the new course is a related MA. im doing this as despite assurance, the current institution is not able to teach me the skills i wish to learn
i need to work out what to do about my postgraduate student loan.

I have suspended studies at Royal welsh, and filled in paperwork. I have enrolled on 1 yr masters at Falmouth Uni..cannot find what I am supposed to do about loan, apart from contradicting advice from college and official website. Can only find a Uni transfer option for undergraduate, nothing for postgraduate
Ideally I would like to be able to use the loan this year as this year is more expensive that the returning year at RW would be.
