What name do I use on the cccu student Id pickup form?

Hi! Hoping someone can help me with this....

I'm trans and want to go by only my preferred name at uni so I've used that as my preferred name (any put my current legal name, which is my dead name, in the legal first name section on the application)

Due to this im unsure if I need to put my legal first name or preferred last name on the Student ID Pickup form for Canterbury Christ Church uni

Just wanted to know incase its for the name that will be printed on it
