The weather is stopping me from doing my fieldwork!

Hi all, I'm just posting because I'm having quite a lot of trouble with my a level geography NEA and I was wondering if any of you had been in a similar situation? My topic is infiltration rates, and I went out to collect my first (out of three total) bit of data around late August and it seemed like it was all going great. Here's where the problems start. It rained super heavily when I was about to collect the rest of the data, and it kept raining on and off even until now!!! Even when it stops for a bit, the grounds still way too waterlogged and muddy for me to collect the rest of my infiltration rate data and I'm just really worried I'm not gonna be able to finish it in time (the deadlines October 31st).

Have any of you had anything similar happen with your NEAS? How did you work around it? Any advice would be very appreciated, thank you! 🙂
