Ah I got 3 3/4, 2 4/4 and 1 2/4. I’m cooked

It’s a bit odd system tho, last year for finance I applied and I got 2 3/4 and 1 4/4 and I got rejected

It was the "How you approach challenges" one, I'm not sure which game that one relates to though, maybe the safe? The last few years have been challenging but the quiz doesn't know that

it was soo random. It was on Microsoft teams and we had to answer questions one by one for motivations, then a group task which was kinda weird to complete together online . I’m definitely not gonna pass this stage

Hm maybe they are reviewing some applications late? I remember for operations and business services they mentioned that they’d start looking at applications on a rolling basis from 29th?

Mine was different. Didnt ask for motivations just introduce yourself. Group task was pretty good actually it was interesting. Maybe because it was different roles.
