Parent recently estranged, how do I handle Student Finance now??

I am going into my last year of uni. My family has been pretty volatile my whole life, but recently things came to a head when I finally stood up for myself. Now my dad won’t provide his details for me to fill in my Student Finance application.
This has been going on for about 3 months, and he’s even blocked me. I’m stuck and lowkey panicking.I've heard there's an estrangement form, but I haven't confided in anyone about my situation and I'm not sure who to choose to vouch for me.
If anyone has gone through something similar or has advice on what steps I can take, I’d really appreciate it!
