Has anyone else been finding it really hard to get information on the resitting process, for example how grades on UCAS will work?

It was super difficult figuring it all out so I feel you T_T But I could try help, what exactly do you mean by how grades on UCAS work?

In my case I'm being classed as an external applicant at the school where I just sat my exams, So I'll be sitting the exams there again but won't be going in for lessons. Since I wont have lessons, I wont have teachers, so I don't know how I will get my predicted grades.

I am also curious to know if i have to put in this years grades on UCAS and if the pending option will be there like it was when applying for the first time?
Thanks btw

Ohh I see! For me, I've gone back to my old sixth form just for help with my UCAS application. I've asked my head of sixth form for predicted grades for my course + a reference. Maybe try ask a teacher who knows you well or who wrote your reference last year. For UCAS I've put in my actual grades and my head of sixth form will add the predicted grades.

I'll try asking then, seems like you have most the application stuff completed, I want to get it done as soon as possible too!

I'm studying from home too ^w^ Thinking about learning two years of content into one feels a bit scary but I know I still remember some chunks of knowledge, so I think it'll be okay! How do you feel?

Great decision Dear! It takes courage to plan resits, and it shows you’re determined to reach your goals. Many students resit A-levels to improve grades, and it’s completely normal, so you’re definitely not alone. I sure with consistent practice and focusing on where you struggled last time, getting those A’s is absolutely possible.
