I’m looking for someone to take over my Student Classic Studio in Peterson Hall, Dundee
Room Details:
• Single occupancy for students
• £194/week. 51 wks
• Spacious, modern, and fully furnished
• Your own private space and comes with everything you need: ensuite bathroom with shower, kitchen area, study desk, bed
• All bills included
• Plenty of social and study places in the student accommodation
Location:
• Extremely close proximity to both University of Dundee and Abertay
• Near transport and bus routes
• Close to city centre
Immediate takeover available – ideal if you’re looking to sort housing soon!
Contract transfer will be through accommodation management. I'm happy to provide £1000 towards rent AFTER contract is signed as I'm desperate to find a replacement ASAP.
