Hi 👋 @Haily3213

Have you completed your enrolment? Once this is complete you should receive an email with your BCU login details which can be used to access your timetable on ICity.
Alternatively search your course details on the website linked below for more welcome week details. Welcome week typically starts w/c 15th September for most courses.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

Hey same problem with me except I have checked and it says I’m fully enrolled and I also have login details for icity and outlook etc. It is already my freshers week and I still have not received a timetable. I’ve tried contacting everyone including my faculty (HELS) at the start of September and they said they will resolve the issue. I emailed them again a few days ago and they replied on Thursday saying they copied in the timetable team.
I’m just worried that I will miss out on induction sessions and anything else important and my lectures as I have no idea what time or building I will be at.
What do I do ?

Hi @maly_x

Sorry to hear that still have not recieved your timetable.

Like Molly said you can access your timetable for freshers week on this website: https://www.bcu.ac.uk/student-info/welcome by searching for your specific course.

Assuming you are doing midwifery, it looks like you still have induction sessions on Thursday and Friday from 9-4, as well as the Big Welcome on Wednesday which is optional. I would recommend speaking to your lecturers at these sessions and letting them know that you are unable to access your timetable so that they can let you know what days, times and locations your lectures are until it gets sorted.

Hope that helps.
